Moreno, Richard

Richard Moreno is the author of 15 books, including Frontier Fake News: Nevada's Sagebrush Humorists and Hoaxsters and Roadside History of Nevada. He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and, later, earned a master's degree in Journalism at Columbia University in New York. He is a lecturer in the Department of Communications at Central Washington University and a regular contributor to 1883 Magazine in Kittitas County. He lives in Ellensburg with his wife and cat.
